Currently, CCE does not store or maintain private information on its web server. However, CCE customers have the ability to access CCE proprietary information stored in databases connected to the web server upon entering a login and password provided by CCE. If you have access to this application, your username and password should not be shared. CCE may change this Privacy Policy at any time by posting revisions to this website. Your use of the site constitutes acceptance of the provisions of this Privacy Policy and your continued usage after such changes are posted constitutes acceptance of each revised Privacy Policy. How CCE handles privacy internally:

CCE wants your Personal Information to remain as secure as reasonably possible, and therefore we have adopted a two-part system combining technical safeguards and role-based controls for employees and contractors. CCE ensures privacy on the technical side by requiring login and password into a secure Microsoft product used for collaboration ("SharePoint.") Role-based controls permit only those employees at CCE who are appropriately authorized, and whose role requires it, to access your personal information. All CCE employees must abide by our policies related to privacy policy and those who violate this policy are subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination.

Updating Your Personal Information and Contacting CCE:

You may always contact us in order to have us remove your Personal Information from our systems, to update any Personal Information that you have provided to us, or to get answers on any additional questions or concerns, by emailing Will Kushner, General Counsel, VP and Secretary.
